By creating an account on Reply Bot you agree to these terms.

The service

We provide tools to build automatic Messenger replies for Facebook Pages you manage. You must have the right to manage every page you connect and must follow Meta's Platform Terms, Messenger Platform Policy and Community Standards.

Your content

You are responsible for the messages your automations send. Do not send spam, misleading or illegal content, and respect Messenger's 24-hour messaging window.

Free trial, plans and wallet

The free trial is available once per account, per Facebook account and per Facebook page.
Plans are paid in advance from your wallet for the chosen period and number of pages. Top-up codes can be used once and are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
When a plan ends the bot stops answering until you renew; your automations stay saved.
Wallet balance is lost if you delete your account.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but cannot guarantee it will always be available. Meta may change or limit the Messenger Platform at any time, which can affect the service.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that break these terms or Meta's policies. You can delete your account at any time.
